I hear you on that, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't lean that way during the pandemic, too. It's been a rough time, and even my INTJ self felt good when I finally put on some actual pants and nice shoes and left the house. Are you doing better now, or still stuck in the rut? It's been a tough climb out for me.
