Thank you for writing this! I have an honest question for you (not a sarcastic or trick question). If a company does not have any Black employees in positions of power, but is actively hoping to hire a more diverse team, and Black job seekers are uninterested in being the only Black person in the office (understandably) what advice would you give to the company?
